So hey again guys! I was totally inspired to draw this after I saw the movie pokemon 2000. such a classic lugia is like... my favorite pokemon ever. like. EVER. i wish it was real so bad so i could take it on walks... fly it to school... you know... the usual. itd be pretty fun i think so anyway... yet another random oc with a shiny lugia... random, i know.
